I was wondering if the 3DS Max webcast from last friday would be available for download any time soon? We were unable to attend the webcast but i would really like to have a look at it before this fridays part 2.

Has anyone actually downloaded the webcasts? All I'm getting is a blank screen once I click on the specific webcast, doesn't seem to matter which webcast I choose either. Is it just me or are other people experiencing the same thing?

Most likely you need to download and install the video codec.
You will find a file called g2m_codec.zip in the downloads area. Download this, extract and run the g2m_codec.exe file and the videos should run correctly.
The 3ds Max in Civil 3d webcast starts with a splsh screen showing a couple of picture of roads and email address etc, so should not be blank.

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for replying. I already have the codec installed and my problem is before I even get to viewing the webcast. I log into the Downloads section and browse through to the civil webcasts which all looks normal (capture1), but once i click on the webcast i want to download (e.g. 3Ds Max - part 2 webcast) i just get a blank screen or sorts (capture 2).
I've never had any problems downloading webcasts before.

Ahh, my bad.
Looks like the web page has a problem. What you are seeing is html code which means a problem is occuring with the web page when it is loading.
I just accessed the page successfully and am in the process of downloading the webcast.
Try holding the shift key and clicking on the link to webcast 29. This will probably open a new window which hope will have fresh pages downloaded.
Otherwise you could try clearing your internet browsing temporary files. (in internet explorer "Tools" -> "Internet Options" -> "Delete") Sometimes a file not download correctly s loaded from the history causing errors similar to what you are seeing.
Failing that email AEC, they usually respond pretty quickly.
