Hi All

I have a new PC running windows 7. I am unable to view the AEC webcasts I have downloaded.

REFER attachment for pop up.

I expected the windows media viewer/ player on windows 7 should just play these files without the need for further software downloads?

Any suggestions much appreciated.

Hi Mark,
You need to install the codec as in the screenshot below.
We may be able to code the videos in a standard WMV format to avoid this confusion - we are looking into it.
